Lease Flatbed: $4,900-$6,800 gross | $1,700-$3,100 take-home
Company Flatbed: Top 50% - $1,600+ | Top 20% - $2,100+

Flatbed Lease Operator:

Full Support + True Opportunity = Your Success

Lease-purchase terms: 1-, 2-, or 3-year options
Earn 70% of linehaul and accessorials
Drivers taking home $1,550-$2,900 after all expenses
Mileage progression pay structure: the more you drive (or the longer you stay), the more you earn per mile
Fuel surcharge guarantee
Drive 2022 or newer Freightliner, Peterbilt, or Volvo trucks
No money down • No credit check
Fuel discounts + tire fund ($1.80 CPM) for new tires when needed
Enjoy two weeks with no fixed expenses
$4,000 bonus for 1-year lease completion
End-of-lease purchase option available

What You'll Need to Join the ATS Flatbed Team:

Minimum 21 years old
Valid Class A CDL
At least six months of verifiable over-the-road (OTR) experience
Meet Dept. of Trans. (DOT) qualifications
Safe, stable work history
