Job Description
- CDL-A Reefer truck driver position with hub miles paid.
- Home every weekend plus possible nights home during the week as routes permit.
- Average $1,900 weekly gross.
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus.
- Home every weekend while running 2–3 nights at a time.
- Deliver Bob Evans Farms grocery products to customer distribution centers.
- Not a food service position – grocery distribution only.
- Competitive Compensation:
- $0.73 CPM base pay.
- Stop pay.
- Loading pay.
- Detention pay.
- Stop premiums for low-mileage routes.
- Drivers earn $95,000+ annually.
- Average 2025 annual wages: $112,000.
- Accountabilities:
- Follow all company safety rules.
- Maintain daily and weekly logs and reports required by state, federal agencies, and company policies.
- Interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Requirements:
- Class A CDL with 18 months of over-the-road experience required.
- Clear driving record.
- Must pass background check, drug screen, and DOT physical.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of DOT regulations.
