Home Time That Matters
- Drivers based in Arkansas, Texas, North Carolina, Kansas City, and Memphis are typically home weekly
- OTR: 2 days home for every 10 days out
- Home time includes at least one weekend day whenever possible
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- Verifiable driving experience
- Safe driving record
- Ability to meet DOT requirements

CCS Transportation Inc.
Conway Courier Service, Inc. (CCS) began in 1983 with a single truck making daily runs from Conway to Little Rock, serving a handful of customers. In 1987, Robert and Kathy Mace purchased the company, transforming it into a respected same-day courier service with 12 vans and trucks serving Central Arkansas. Shane and Susan Dickson bought CCS in August 2000 and pursued aggressive growth. In 2003, we partnered with Jeff McEowen and Shreve Transit, enlarging the fleet and customer footprint.
