CDL A Tanker Company Driver

Howard Sheppard Bulk is seeking experienced CDL A Tanker Drivers to join our team. Majority of freight is contract customers with relationships spanning 15-40 years. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport bulk liquid materials throughout our network.
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Driver loading and driver unloading as required.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid CDL A license with Tanker and HazMat endorsements.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Clean Driving Record.

Compensation and Benefits for applicants with 3+ years of chemical experience:

• Competitive salaries starting at $1600.00 and up per week.
• Transition Pay based on experience, up to $1500/WK for 4 weeks (details discussed during the interview).
• Recruiting and Sign On Bonus: $1,500 
  • $500 after the 30th day on dispatch
  • $500 after the 60th day on dispatch 
  • $500 after the 180th day on dispatch
• Work Schedule: 2- 3 days out for regional and up to 5 days out for OTR
