CDL-A Company Driver
REVVING THE DREAM
PTL Offers OTR, running primarily east of I35, with Dedicated and Regional positions to ensure a home time schedule that will meet your needs. PTL offers some of the highest take home pay by paying you for every dispatched mile right up to the day before payroll.
Sign-On Bonus:
- $750 after 30 days
- $500 after 90 days
- $750 after 180 days
- $1,000 after 270 days
- $1,000 after 365 days
Orientation Pay:
- $150 per day
Driver Pay :
Solo Company - Starting up to $.60 CPM - Increases every 50,000 Miles - No Cap!
- Starting up to $0.65 CPM increase for Solos - Applies to the OTR fleet only, who live in the following states, and work 7/2, 12/3, 21/4. This excludes Dedicated, Regional, and Local positions:
• Michigan
• Arkansas
• Missouri
• Ohio
• Illinois
• Oklahoma
• Indiana
• Kansas
• Pennsylvania
• West Virginia
• Nebraska
• Tennessee
• Texas
• Kentucky
- Starting up to $0.62 CPM increase for Solos - Applies to the OTR fleet only, who live in the following states, and work 7/2, 12/3, 21/4. This excludes Dedicated, Regional, and Local positions:
• All states NOT listed above
Team Drivers - Base at $.75 CPM - Increases every 100,000 Miles - No Cap!
- Base at $0.80 CPM increase for Teams - Applies to the OTR fleet only, who live in the following states, and work 7/2, 12/3, 21/4. This excludes Dedicated, Regional, and Local positions:
• Michigan

• Illinois
• Oklahoma
• Indiana
• Kansas
• Pennsylvania
• West Virginia
• Nebraska

- Base at $0.77 CPM increase for Teams - Applies to the OTR fleet only, who live in the following states, and work 7/2, 12/3, 21/4. This excludes Dedicated, Regional, and Local positions:

$2,000 sign on bonus!!! ** Rehires NOT eligible**
Company Drivers:
- 2nd week after dispatch - $500.00
- 60 days - $500.00
- 90 days - $500.00
- 120 days - $500.00
R2’S:
- Same as above AFTER 1st seat upgrade.
