Truck Driver- CDL (Class A) Monday-Friday

This will be majority flatbed work, with some dry van work on occasion. You will be required to strap and tarp and have a familiarity with chaining (rare). This position will be loading and delivering for other drivers who are OTR. Starting time will vary with load appointments. Dispatch and Management is understanding and family orientated and can make reasonable allowances when needed.

• Flatbed and Dry-van CDL-A local driver needed
• Minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime paid after 40
• Hazmat and TWIC Required
• Local, home daily position
• Mostly pickup and delivery for OTR drivers
• Occasional load and run that can be completed in a single day
• Overtime is always available
• Hauls Steel, Auto-parts, Roofing and Building Supplies
• NO SINGLE COIL
• Must be able to tarp and work outside in the weather
• Lifting up to 100 lbs.
• 2 years of experience required by insurance
• NO SAP in the last 5 years
• $28-$30/hour starting
• Medical, Dental and Vision available after 30 days
• All automatic fleet with assigned trucks
• Local and present dispatch

Requirements:

• Must possess a current and valid CDL-A with the Hazmat Endorsement, or have it within 1 week of starting
• Must possess a current TWIC or have the ability to get it within 1 month of starting
• Must have a clean MVR with no SAP in the last 5 years
• Strong work ethic with the ability to lift 100 lbs. and work in the weather
