CDL A Truck Driver - Regional

Sharp Transportation is hiring CDL A Regional Company Drivers with strong earning potential and consistent home time.

Pay & Home Time:

• $70,000 – $80,000 annually (1st year)
• $0.50 – $0.58 CPM (based on experience)
• Home weekly (reset at home when possible)
• Weekly pay via direct deposit

Bonuses & Incentives:

• Production bonus
• Safety bonus
• Annual pay increases
• $2,000 retention bonus (paid quarterly over 1 year)
• Referral bonus (average $1,000)

Miles & Equipment:

• 10,000 – 13,000+ miles per month
• 2023 or newer automatic trucks
  • Refrigerators included
  • Fold-down bunk in every truck

Operations & Support:

• Samsara E-logs with Drive Cam
• Fuel cards (fuel, DEF, scale tickets covered)
• Pre-planned dispatch (less dock time)
• 24/7 professional support staff

Freight:

• Mostly 100% no-touch freight
• Optional “cookie loads” (touch freight) with additional pay
• Utah loads are pre-loaded (minimal wait time)
