Job Description

CDL-A Flatbed Driver – $1,700-$2,000+ Weekly Gross | $0.60-$0.70 CPM | Western 11 Regional

TP Trucking offers consistent miles, reliable equipment, steady freight, predictable earnings, and driver-focused operations.

What You'll Earn:

  • Average $1,700-$2,000+ gross weekly
  • $85,000-$100,000+ annual earnings
  • Earn $0.60-$0.70 CPM depending on lane
  • All miles paid, loaded and empty
  • Weekly direct deposit
  • Per diem available

Miles & Home Time:

  • Average 2,400-2,600 miles per week
  • Top drivers run 3,000+ miles weekly
  • Consistent year-round freight
  • Western 11 regional runs
  • Home every 1-2 weeks depending on lane

Freight You'll Haul:

  • Lumber
  • Plywood
  • Veneer
  • Engineered wood products
  • Building materials
  • Specialty flatbed freight

Tarping Expectations:

  • Combination of tarped and non-tarped freight
  • $100 tarp pay
  • Securement equipment provided
  • Freight varies by customer and route

Equipment & Support:

  • Late-model trucks under 5 years old
  • Well-maintained equipment
  • Driver-focused dispatch team
  • Dedicated operations support
  • Strong communication and load planning

Additional Pay:

  • $100 tarp pay
  • Detention pay
  • Layover pay
  • Breakdown pay
  • Safety bonus
  • 10,000-mile incentive bonus
  • $1,800 paid orientation
  • $2,000 driver referral bonus

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
  • Minimum 12 months OTR experience
  • Minimum 6 months flatbed experience
  • Flatbed experience within the last 3 years
  • Safe driving record
