COMPANY DRIVERS

We support CDL-A company truck drivers by offering top pay for everything from mileage to holidays, more nights in your own bed, unique industry-leading benefits, and the best equipment available.


We’re committed to what drives your success as a CDL-A truck driver at Ascend!

 

PAY

  • $.64 CPM starting pay based on experience!
  • Average $71,000 - $82,000 annually
  • New $1,000 weekly minimum!

·      2-day orientation - $500 per day

·      Per diem pay program with ZERO admin fees!

We keep you moving…but just in case, we take care of you!

·      7 Paid Holidays - $150.00 per day (PAID same as office staff!)

·      Excellent Accessorial Pay:

o  $60 Stop & $150 Breakdown Pay

o  $20 per hour Detention Pay

o  $100.00 Layover Pay during the week & $150.00 on weekends

·      Clean DOT Inspection: $50 Level 3, $50 Level 2, $75 Level 1

·      In times when you get short haul runs, we add additional pay!

·      Additional monthly incentives up to $.035, on top of your base pay!

 

HOME TIME

  • Stable, consistent, scheduled home time you can count on!
  • Leave out Sunday – be home Friday
  • Leave out Monday – be home Saturday
  • No NY or West Coast driving

SHORT HAUL


CDL-A short haul truck drivers choose to drive for Ascend because we focus on what drives you, not only in your career, but outside of work with your families, hobbies, dreams, and commitments. Simply put, we are people obsessed!

 

We support CDL-A short haul truck drivers by offering a new higher pay scale, scheduled quality home time and industry-leading benefits. Our short haul drivers make over $1,100 a week hauling 100% no-touch freight in the newest equipment.

PAY

·      Earn $1,100 + weekly

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR


CDL-A Independent Contractors choose to partner with Ascend because all you need to do is drive! We’ll give you unbeatable support for your trucking business and focus on what drives you, not only in your career, but outside of work with your families, hobbies, dreams, and commitments.

 

CDL-A Owner Operators who partner with Ascend earn $186,000 per year on average and lease purchase drivers earn $1,900 - $2,100 per week and get scheduled weekly home time with no forced dispatch!
